Salary Range: $2k-$3k+AWS+VB
Responsibilities
- Provide response to end-User request, incidents or problems Via Phone / remote / email
- Support end-User in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop PC, Servers and network support
- Investigate Problems in day-to-day operations
- Work closely with relevant departments to eliminate errors.
- Administrations of servers and Windows
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology
- No experience is welcomed to apply
- Technical Skills and experience in supporting computing devices
- Familiar with Windows Operating Systems
