Salary Range: $2.2K + AWS + VB
5 working days, Mon – Fri , Normal office hours
Location: Various
Responsibilities
- Provide IT hardware service and support on desktops, laptops.
- Troubleshooting of hardware and software failures or problems.
- Install operating system, firmware and bios.
- Handle, resolves and keeping track of assigned through ticketing system.
- Provide timely updates to customers on services status till closure
Requirements:
- Minimun ‘O’ or ‘N’ levels holders.
- At least 1 year experience in hardware support.
- Basic Hardware and Software Knowledge.
- Willing to travel island wide.
