Responsibilities
- Focal point of contact for manufacturers’ technicians, escort them and manage their activities
- To perform power cycles, troubleshooting, and replacing failed components, such as AOC, PSU, hard drive
- Simple cabling and link testing work and daily reporting and audit logs
- Physically assist in moving and installing equipment, especially final inspections.
- To receive goods to the data center and manage on-site assets.
- Assist with inventory and asset management
- Ensure the security of the data center and participate in rotating shift.
Requirements
- Min O level/ ITE/ Diploma in IT/ Electrical Engineering or related
- Min 2 years data center or IT device related work experience.
- Knowledge of basic server hardware and network
- Experience operating heavy-load movement equipment such as pallet jacks, server lifts, etc.
