Deliver all the post sales support which defined by Customer Service Assistant Manager
Responsible for design, propose, develop and implementation of upgrade or modification request from customer for automated machine
Interact with customers to provide mechanical design support for their equipment needs.
Ensure both product quality and process reliability is designed into the intervention project from the start.
Responsible project specifications, evaluation of suppliers, their quotations and cost control of the project budget.
Responsible RFQ, Order entry, shipment and invoicing in ERP and manage CRM system
All adhoc duties as required.
Willingness and ability to travel
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Engineering
3 years of working experience in design in automation/machine building industry
Understanding of shop practices in customer service flow and design aspects
Experience in Excel, Solidwork and Inventor software.
